While the original living room design isn’t an eyesore by any means, it had a general, almost hotel-like feel. It was welcoming, but it wasn’t necessarily inviting. Its bold renovation makes it more dark and moody, but absolutely more interesting than it originally was. The fireplace acts as the focal point of the room, pulling the colors and textures together.

The kitchen before the renovation was sleek and modern, featuring wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The natural light gave the kitchen a luxurious feel, but ultimately, was the kitchen’s only saving grace. The kitchen renovation gives the area a completely new life. The floor-to-ceiling length mirrors that make the kitchen feel and look more expansive. The stone countertop is a grounding feature, and acts as another focal point in the entire redesign. The hidden vent that replaced the range hood opens up the space even more, and the neutral colors elevate the entire feel of the environment, making it more luxurious than ever.

A slight tweak to the house ended up making all the difference. A new paint job makes the house feel more modern, and a sleek redesign to the deck steps made the transition from house to patio seamless. And not to mention, the beautiful addition of the pool elevated the space to its highest potential.

With a paint job to match the house, the guest home already appears much more elegant than it originally did.

Replacing carpet with hardwood flooring almost always does the trick in enhancing the natural beauty of any home. The large, L-shaped sectional and chairs makes the family room a gathering place that no one would want to leave.

Nothing says elegance and luxury more than a monochrome color scheme that features sleek, stainless steel appliances and matching cabinet hardware. The comfortable bar chairs elevate the kitchen’s feel from a place of cooking to a place of gathering, talking, and hanging out.

Nothing says comfort more than a cozy fireplace that the family can gather around, which is why it had to stay. The natural color scheme stayed consistent throughout the house, bringing all design aspects, like the steel hardware of the chairs and table, together seamlessly.

Master Bath

Perhaps one of the most obvious renovations was the complete transformation of the master bathroom, which was full of untapped potential. The yellow paint, green cushions, and checkered tile gave more of a vintage farmhouse air that just didn’t match the rest of the house. It holds no resemblance to the new bathroom that stands in its place today. Featuring an eggshell-like tub, a jack and jill countertop, and a nearly all-white color scheme, these features truly give the bathroom the luxurious feel that you would expect from a spa.

Main Stairs

Sometimes the most subtle changes are the best. The stairs were redone with the same hardwood flooring that was installed in the rest of the house during the renovation so the transition from the living room or family room to the upstairs was seamless. And, the lighting was enhanced to brighten up the space entirely.
